Zoltán BENDÓ, senior consultant at Tenderix holds a Master's Degree in International Business. Between 2000 and 2002 he was a consultant of Roland Berger Strategic Consultants in Budapest. In 2002-2004 he was the head of Investor Relations Department at the Hungarian Ministry of Economy and Transport, where he was responsible for the preparation of state grant packages for FDI investments. In 2005 and 2006, at the Ministry of Economy and Transport, he worked as an expert in budgetary and financial matters. Between 2006 and 2007, he was deputy head and acting head of the Managing Authority of Economic Development Operational Programmes at the National Development Agency. Since 2007, he is the managing director of Tenderix Ltd.

Péter CSILLAG, senior consultant at  Tenderix is a Ph.D. in management and business administration, agricultural economics. In 1999 he worked for the Agricultural Intervention Centre dealing with IACS matters. Between 2000 and 2003 he was an economic analyst for the Hungarian Sugar Industry Association. From 2003 till 2006, he worked for the State Secretariat for Foreign Economic Affairs at the Hungarian Ministry of Economy and Transport. In addition, since 1999 he has been continuously involved in EU and Hungarian agricultural and rural economic research projects at the Budapest (now Corvinus) University of Economics, Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development. Since 2007, he is the managing director of Tenderix Ltd.
